Welcome to our school
"Welcome to Gunness and Burringham Church of England Primary School. I am immensely proud to serve the children and community; working together to ensure that the children within the school are happy, safe and motivated learners who learn together and aspire to be anything that they want to be.
Gunness and Burringham is a small village school that is proud to offer a small but exceptional team of staff that work hard to ensure that children have a holistic approach to education and are engaged in every aspect of the curriculum. Children aim high and reach their full potential and I believe that this is achieved through high quality educational activities and productive partnership with families.
Our Christian Values are the foundations to our school and underpin our curriculum. Our most recent Church inspection judged our school to be ‘outstanding’ and a copy of the report can be found on our website. We are proud of our distinctive Christian character and work closely with The Diocese of Lincoln to ensure that the Christian Values remain intrinsic to every aspect of our school.
